Corrections Policy

AWE-OS publishes financial calculators and how-to guides that people rely on for real decisions. That is a responsibility we take seriously — and it means being honest when we make a mistake.

Email us at support@awe-os.com with the page link and a short description of the problem. Screenshots help but are not required.

We verify the report against official sources (for calculators: government notifications, RBI publications, official tax department rates). Confirmed errors in calculators are corrected within 7 days — usually much sooner, because a wrong financial figure is our highest-priority bug. Factual errors in articles and guides are corrected as soon as they are verified, and significant corrections are noted on the page itself. If a report turns out not to be an error, we reply and explain why.

Rate changes are not errors, but we treat them with the same care: tax slabs, PPF rates, and similar figures change over time. Each calculator notes the financial year or rate period it uses, and we update calculators when official rates change.
